Branders

Most indenting machines are available with branding heads.  This combined with a special “branding wheel” enables these indenters to brand (hot stamp, foil stamp) plastic cloth and mylar coated metal tag materials.  The process requires a heated character wheel and a coil of branding foil that is fed off a roller.  The foil is positioned between the character wheel and the item to be marked. The foil is transferred from the ribbon with heat and pressure.  It then fuses with the material the item is made of. (i.e. plastic, cloth, special fiberglass tape, etc.).
